I purchased two split Ac of one tone each on 25/05/2014 and one of the split AC is not working due to some problem and the detail of which is as under: Indoor unit AR12HC2USNBNNA S.NO.H001PPOF200115A Outdoor Unit AR12HC2USNBXNA S.NO.H002PPBF200369V.I made a complaint at SAMSUNG customer care center on 3/09/2015. The engineer attended the complaint on 3/09/2015 and he informed me that AC is not working due to compressor failure. The compressor is under warranty for 5 years and the compressor failed to work just after one year of the installation of the split AC. The engineer told me to pay Rs.2340/- as service charges for the compressor to be replaced. Why should I pay Rs.2340/- if the compressor of inferior quality is installed in the system by the company and stopped working just after one year and that too in warranty period.Now, No one is attending the complaint from the company for the last 5 days even of my so many reminders over phone & emails and we are suffering without AC. Company is not replying of my email sent. Please look into the matter and help.
