I lost my wallet and all my credit cards in the month of September 2015, i called and reapply for new SBI credit card, they asked me to send the address proof in order to send the new card. I send the address proof twice but haven’t received any card yet but keep getting the message as text. Complain the same to the customer service and nodal officer but still have not received any answer. Even not using my card i paid all my dues on time but still they send me a attachment with the wrong amount. i paid all my dues. Please help form this disappointing and worst customer care service.
