I saw advertisement on SHOP CJ TV for FARELL OLIVE POMACE OIL 5L. Before placing order on phone, I asked whether this Olive Oil is extra virgin. I was told on phone that it is extra virgin olive oil. I repeatedly told to confirm again. It was confirmed that it is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. So I placed order for 5l pack.

After receiving Oil, I found that It is not Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I lodged a complaint on phone immediately that on confirmation that it is Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I placed the order but it was not extra virgin olive oil. Hence Oil may , please be taken back and cost may be refunded. I was assured to looked into this for appropriate action.
On 06-05-2015, I was replied on phone that correct material has been delivered to you. I reminded them about the conversation before placing order which is being denied from your side that no one confirmed for this oil to be Extra Virgin. Then I demanded that recorded conversation may please be sent to me. it was assured that I will get conversation recording.
Since then I lodged complaint many times on mail and phone to refund money as material has been supplied giving wrong information to me but each time I got the same stereo type reply that correct material has been delivered to me. Each time sending the recorded conversation was assured but I did not get till date. Lastly sending the recorded conversation has also been denied.
It is requested to look into my complaints for appropriate action so that I may get my money refunded.
