Service center team lied to me regarding status of my phone service RMA: INAW570072

I purchased Zen phone 2 in May 2015 and it started giving battery problem in June. I went to service center in Bangalore in July 4th and gave my phone for service.
1st time: When i called them first time, they told me that they are looking into the phone and will give me the status of my phone in 3 or 4 days.
2nd time: When i called them second time after 5 or 6 days they told me that it is having motherboard and battery problem. If the problem is because of water spill then i have to pay money for replacing those parts as they don’t give warranty for water spill and after discussing with them i confirmed from my side that there is no chance of water spill as I have taken care of it well.
3rd time: When i called them third time they confirmed that battery and motherboard is to be replaced and there is no such issue of water slippage and they will be replacing both the parts under warranty and they told me to call them after 3 or 4 days to check the status when i will be receiving the phone.
In between, I got a call from Asus service center guy and he told me that they will be replacing the battery and motherboard under warranty and I don’t have to pay any money for this and it is not water spill issue and if I have any issues I can go to the service center in VV Puram(not sure) in Bangalore and talk to them.
4th time: 4th time when i called they told that they are yet to receive parts and i need to call them after 3 or 4 days.
5th time: when i called them 5th time they told me they have replaced the motherboard and there shortage of batteries and will take 3 or 4 more days to get the battery. Also they told they have raised the issue with the concerned team. When it will be in stock they will replace it and i will get my phone.
6th time: When i called them they told motherboard is replaced and they are still waiting for battery and again they told that they will raise a ticket with concerned team and i need to call them after 3 or 4 days to get the status when i will be getting my phone.
7th time: After doing follow-up for 23 days, they told me that the issue is because of water spill and I have to pay for replacing the battery and motherboard. In all the earlier followups, they told that the motherboard has been replaced and they are just waiting for battery. And in my previous calls they didn’t confirm me that the issue is with water Spill or something. Whereas they confirmed that the issue is with battery and motherboard and they will be replacing the same under warranty.
I am not happy with the service of Asus customer care. I have spent Rs15000 on this phone and I didn’t get any value for money. I wasted my time doing folloup with them and all the time I got a new answer. They are harassing the customer. I want my phone to be repaired as they confirmed with me in the previous 6 calls. If it was water issue they should have confirmed it why they didn’t tell me earlier and why they kept lying to me.
