This is in reference to the Honor 4X black phone with IMEI No: 866941021993264, Serial No: A6T4C15521005402 that I bought from flipkart with Order Id: OD103181250835210200 and invoice dated 23/06/2015. I was facing some issue with its battery. Since it was under warranty period. So, I submitted my phone at the service centre, Chanakya Technology in Gwalior on 25/11/2015 with receipt no. 1664. Now it has been more than two months and I have not yet received my phone. Each time I enquire about it they procrastinate it by saying that they(service center) have not received the back panel of the phone from the company.

Also, I have lodged many complaints at Huwaei Honor with complaint no: 17701243 and 17760308 .They assured me to give updates about the complaint status in 24 hours. But I have not yet received any updates about my complaint. Also I had an online chat with your service assistance for three consecutive days. They also assured me of revert back against my complaint but it is highly dissatisfying that neither my complaint is being addressed nor I’m getting any kind of revert back from your side (telephonic/text/email) .
It’s been nearly 3 months that I have not yet received my phone back from service centre and no concrete initiative have been taken by Huawei Honor company against my complaint. Too much delay in the service is adding to my disappointment. Kindly look into the matter so that I can get my working cellphone back from the service center
