my name is shubham shukla. i have purchased a mobile of spice mi502n rs.6,999/- from homeshop18 online shoping. i have got some problem within the warranty period of the mobile and i had given my mobile to the service center (vidya telecom , shop no.3 express road, the mall kanpur) job sheet no:-877 Dt-21.07.2014 they had told me that i will get my mobile with the service within 20 working days. they have also charged from me Rs. 460/- while my mobile was within the warranty period. after 20 days i am keep communicating with the service center but i didn’t get any positive response. still today i have not received my mobile and my warranty period is going near expiry date. kindly register my complaint and do the needful for me. i am suffering from that kind of problem from many days. please take the right action.
