I have purchased on spice mobile handset in the Oct 2014. After three month my handset not working & submitted to authorised service center. After my lots of follow up (via Phone calls & Mails) i have got back my handset after 2 month times.
Again i have faced same issue in the month of June 15 & again submitted my hand set to authorised service center on 7th July 15. service request no:- 06101046F70079.
Since last two and half month (from 7th July, 15) i am chasing to co for getting update on my handset. Despite of my several follow up via Email & telephone i am not been getting back my handset nor getting any proper reply from the co side. This is very unfortunate that no one is bother to attend my issue. Even when i was trying to reach to senior official of the co on call center, he / she is not been ready to listen to me nor giving me solution & most important thing is that they are very arrogant & totally non cooperative. I would request you kindly look in the matter, this is worst organisation i have ever seen in my life in term of customer service.
