dear sir i am a customer of aircel but i am suffering from callrate so i decided to port out from aircel but when i masaage for a porting request aircel reprsentative calls me and says that your call rate is now cheaper .and i received a SMS also that indicated that my callrate is a/a -1paisa per 3 second and aircel to others is 1paisa per 2 seconds.this SMS i received on 10 march2016.but my callrate not reduced till date 13-march-2016.than i lodged a complaint on 13 march2016.but it is also not resolved till 15-march-2016.than i again lodged a complaint on 16 march,19 march,21,23 march again and again but my callrate not reduced till today but when i check my callrate plan it shows PRP123 which is a per second plan but till now my callrate is 25paisa per second..when i call customer care they says wait 24 hrs. but everytime i called answer is same nd my call is disconnected by representative..my complaint numbers is
