I purchased Nike shoe on 3rd July 2015(order no.11823500) and till date same is not delivered. Neither the Rediff customer care have any clue, where the item is lying. I sent three mails since last one week and till date no reply. I am calling their customer care daily for last three days and everyday they have only one answer that “we are checking and would revert in a days time”. I don’t know what they mean by a days time. There is no control of rediff shopping on their vendors and neither they have the will to resolve the issue. They have only standard answers –
“we are forwarding your issue to the concerned team and they will revert back to you”
” Sorry for the delay, please allow us some more time”, Sorry sir the AWB or tracking is not updated in the system” and similar some more.
I don’t know what these people do, if they cannot address their customer and resolve their issue.
Its is frustrating, there is no channel to escalate the issue. there is no seriousness. Neither they have the intention to improve their system. I have similar issue with Amazon, the customer care executive requested me to be on hold and discussed the matter with her senior and promised me to resolve the issue in 2 hours time. within 2 hours she called me back and confirmed the details and updated the status online.
I request you to please escalate the issue to rediff top management and let them understand how they are doing business.
