Shop Clues Charged Wrong EMI

On 18th of January I Tried to purchase some thing from Shop Clues through EMI but all orders were failed by some unknown reasons and orders was placed multiple times by mistake.

Next day shopclues confirmed all the orders as I already bought that product from other card So I requested them to cancel all the orders and they did so.

In my jan’s statement its also shown.

But from last month in my statement an amount of 2363/- from shop clues is showing.

Shopclues is saying that they don’t have any pending order and HDFC cust care is saying that bank had transferred the amount to shopclues’s account.

I am totally confused now what to do,
please help.

If I didn’t buy anything so why should I pay for that.
