My name is krishna prasad and I am from Guntur of Andhra Pradesh State. I purchased Cheers Smart 35 3G mobile for Rs.2000/- through shopclues.com vide Order No.49954603 dt.07-05-15.. After week days the mobile pack was delivered. After opening the pack, data card is missing but in that place extra ear phones set is packed. Further, the power is not passing to the mobile after inserting the battery. I think the battery is not working. I phoned to the customer support through phone 011-28063316 & 15 for booking complaint. Some lady picked up the call but she is unable to speak in English. That too she is saying please try after one hour. After one hour I again phoned. some other person received the call but he is questioning and questioning and wasting my time without giving proper reply.
Finally he told that he could advice after consulting his service team. Later he sent SMS with the addresses & phone numbers of two service centres (one is Secunderabad & the other is Ananthapur)) and advised to consult them. But how can I go to such long distant places for servicing spending lot of money over and above the mobile cost. Later I requested one person ,who knows Hindi well, to talk with those Delhi people on my behalf regarding the problem. Later after 3 days the customer care people instructed some courier person of my place to pick up the defective mobile. I handed over them the pack and taken receipt. Further, I was intimated that the pack was received by them on 21-05-2015. Since 3 days I am trying to call them over the phone but they are not lifting the phone. I neither received the replacement nor refund. How can I get solution to my problem..? Earlier I purchase 3 such mobiles from different websites.. no problem has arisen with those websites. But Shopclues.com is No.1 worst online shopping website. They are not checking the items before packing. They are totally negligent people.. Someone should teach them a good lesson. please help me.
