I’ve ordered on shopclues with order no 55621731 on 7th June,2015. It has to be delivered by 15th june2015. I’ve called to customer care on 16thjune.
It is worst experience with the customer care of Shop clues. I called to know the status of my order. The person who spoke to me also, says only 2 sentences that we will raise a request if the product is not delivered in 48 hours from now. I asked him to check the status of my courier where it is, he says the tracking ID provided in shopclues account is not valid. So he even said, they will raise a concern only after 48hours if its not delivered.
So, i asked to transfer the call to higher person, the person who spoke to me said that he is transferring the called to senior executive Mr.Sunil Yadhav(If i am not wrong) and what happened is not know, in 5-10 sec the call got disconnected.
So, I’ve waited till today(22june2015), when i called today, when i called customer care they say that we will raise a concern to logistic dept. so with in this week it gets deliver..
Which shows that, from last one week what ever mails am sending is just a waste as no action taken from their end. He even confirmed that tracking number is wrong.
This shows, how fraud is shopclues, just by stealing the money of the people.
