I have ordered a mobile phone having order id 6700151845 on 10th June 2015.
the expected date of delivery was 18th June 2015.
On 18th June, the date of delivery shifted to 25th June 2015, as per mail communication from Snap deal.
Again, on 25th the delivery date shifted to 30th June, as per the mail communication from Snapdeal.com.
Here, I would like to draw your attention that, as a comsumer, I have a threshold level of tolerance.And, in-spite of my repeate complain, the customer care dept. of Snap deal company are generating a automated line of apologize for the inconvenience along with a complain reference no. And saying that the problem has been escalated and their team is investigating the same. They will update me with the resolution at the earliest.
This is the 5 or 6th reply I am getting since 18th June 2015.
Oh. yes, again the Snap deal company people are saying that the product is with the courier company and they do not have any control over the courier company. What a answer!!!
On the ather hand, in the commercial TV ad, …they are saying that “WISH PURA KARO”…..but keyse ?…after 60 days? or after 90 days…or never???
Now tell me, Am I not justified by naming Snap deal company a “Fraud Company”???
