Snapdeal took payment but “order not completed”- Feeling cheated

Complaint Date:

Category: Online Shopping

Company Name:

I placed an order on snapdeal.com to buy 5 pieces of suitings from VIJAYESWARA VASTRALAYAM on the website snapdeal.com on 4.8.15. They took INR 10003.00 which was immediately debited to my ICICI bank account. But order was not completed and it showed that I must pay again. After some time even that message banished. I do not know as to where is my money is gone. Their customer care num 9212692126 appears to be hoax as it asks for language selection but cuts off saying “no input” irrespective of whatever option you input. I expect them to refund my money immediately but do not know whom to approach. Online shopping in India is yet to go a long way. I am really feeling cheated. What to do guys???? Are there any regulators for such online shops???
