I have purchased LED TV Model no.42 W700 from your Dealer New Roli Electronics 81/2, Block-9, Chawla market, Govind Nagar, Kanpur U.P-208006 on 03/11/2014 ,invoice no.1753,and duly installed by dealer on same day. On next day service Engineer from Sony company has visited and fill the warranty card and other papers and say O.K.
On date 02.09.2015 at 9:15 PM The TV has fallen on floor suddenly and damaged, for which I have contact to Dealer and Service center also and registered the complaint through tollfree no.18001037799. The service request ID is 27377541alloted and assigned to SUVITECH- Swaroopnagar Charch road Kanpur-208002. after that service engineer visited on 04.09.2015. and make a report and accepted that it is the fault of installation,he has taken the photograph from my mobile+919794866356 and send to service center mobile no. 9839117679 through whatsapp,.and service center advised me that it will take 05 to 07 days for Repair/ replacement and your TV is under warranty period.
From that day after passing 09 days no satisfactory response given by the service center and not attended the complaint,I am to much mentally harassed by the service center and by dealer every time while chasing regarding my TV.
So it is requested to kindly look in to this matter and solved my problem as early, otherwise I will be bound to go the consumer forum for justice.
