Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, in last month when I reached the usage in 1 GB BSNL blocked my free usage when my broadband package is BBG 375 of 1.5 GB free usage with 2 mbps speed and I complained to the concerned offices and customer care centre but they assured that my free usage is 1.5 GB so go ahead with “I Agree” in the statement showing in browser.

Further, from 21st of this month onwards my browser is again blocked surfing by showing that my free usage of 1 GB is over. And from the beginning I am getting only a maximum speed of 1 mbps and below, it is better to block the browsing at the verge of reaching 1.5 GB then I can do my surfing without any disturbances and plan the further usage accordingly.

So please arrange to solve these issues immediately otherwise kindly advice me for a better economical pack of this range.
