I submit a complaint to Paytm as I was unable to transfer my money to the bank account they send me an email with resolution that it’s now working and you can transfer your money to your bank account from Paytm Wallet.
I ried it now but its still not working, when I call to their customer care they told me to wait for again next 24 hrs and the problem id I can not supposed to wait for next 24 hrs as I need to transfer the money to my brother bank account.
Request you to please resolve my issue as quick as possible.
If they can transfer my money to the bank account that’s good if the can’t than please reverse back my transaction to my card again.
