FEEDBACK REPORTS FROM END USER CUSTOMER OF NOKIA X PHONE.
It is really superb that M/S Amazon (bearing AMAZON Order no 402-7405235-7116363) have responded to this problem of supply of faulty mobile phone such urgently. To be true enough the NOKIAX DUAL SIM BLACK PHONE was not in use for considerable long period after Aug 2014.But the users/customers are considered to be always liars (So you may not consider this verdict of mine).After energizing,(switching on), this phone was continuously giving problems.Afer a long time when time permitted I enquired to you for getting your best service, then further based on your valuable advice I went to NOKIA Care (Scan copy of Bills are attached).
Nicely and in an extreme tactful way Nokia Care has dealt with this case. According to them the SIM Tray/Connector of SIM NO 2 of the set bearing IMIE No as 353070064068386 was faulty and it is found in damaged condition. And Nokia is not responsible for this partial damage, which means I the user have only damaged it? So nice of NOKIA, such an internal part which lies in the remotest inner part of mobile phone if it is found problematic/faulty then we the users are only responsible. The service of Amazon is sky soaring I being the first time purchaser has purchased the phone by seeing you only. But Nokia has deceived me as well as you also and supplied a damaged phone to you and intern you happened to supply that very bad and damaged phone to me. Ultimately Situation has compelled me to spend Rs 950.00 against repair of this faulty phone which is within warranty period.
I will be thankful enough if you keep an alert note for the benefit of your organization so that M/S NOKIA does not do such ill and misdeeds (The other way of cheating a benevolent customer) once again and this type of foul playing with the customers will be stopped. This has created an extremely bad impression of your AMAZON organization.
