I have purchased a Twin Toning Motion with single motor in the last month, which was sent by the telebrands on my address in the last week of June 2015. But I was busy in my election, due to which I started to use the said Belt on 23.7.2015. I use the said belt on 23.7.2015 aqnd 24.7.2015, but on 25.7.2015 the said belt was not functining properly and it was not viberating. The viberator of the said belt is not in function since 25.7.2015, as such the said belt is out of order and it is kept in the box.
I failed to understand that on televison the telebrands is doing its advertising and giving the guarantee, but its product is not good and the customer is not satisfied. You are therefore requested to either to refund the price of the said belt or to send the new belt of the same configration.
