My name is Vivek Sharma. I have purchased a LAVA mobile Model no. Iris 450 colour plus in the month of March 2015.
The phone was working properly was just 2 months initially, then it encountered problem like the touchpad not working, frequently hanging & involuntarily opening of applications etc.
I have put the phone on repair (twice) at the authorised service centre at Ghaziabad & Modinagar but with no result & the problem continues. Even my phone screen got scratched by the service centre.
I am not satisfied with the phone & also with problem solving capability of the service centre fellows. Therefore I request you to change my phone with a new handset as the phone is under warranty period.
A prompt & urgent solution will be appreciated at your end, otherwise I will be forced to take up the matter with the consumer forum.
