sir,
I’m Ravi Prakash living in Mir Gulabi Ki Bagh Patna City 800008.The telecom company Aircel has deducted an unautorise charges from my account. I called customer care to solve my problem bt they are not showing any interest

    Automatic activation of services without demand of consumer & deduction of charges without consult of consumer. I had also complained earlier about wrongly deduction of my a/c. Today, again, my M a/c became to low, I became unable to contact & restore my business & I lost my Rs. Five lac business. To compensate this loss , I am compelled to go to consumer court against your company. Today, I contacted to your customercare, she lodged my complaint, but not credited my immediately. Complaint no. 120476575161 dtd 16-08-2015 for M no. 9859558571

    We would like to inform you that Rs.35/- was deducted on 8/16/2015 for FUNTV from TECHZONE with CG ID CG1172150816081524377063, Rs.25/- was deducted on 8/16/2015 for downloading NDTVVLPK from NDTV, again Rs.35/- was deducted on 8/16/2015 for MASTIMALL from TECHZONE with CG ID CG1172150816134523585884. The services were activated after getting confirmation from your end. However as goodwill gesture we have processed for waiver of the deducted amount and the same will be credited to your account within 48 hours. Please ignore those website or web link which are chargeable, to stop this type of charging.
