I had renewed my car policy from “Bajaj Allianz” Zero Dep to “ICICI Lombard” Honda Assure (Policy No. ILG/10226517) on 13/03/2016 just because one of your employee assure me that you had very good service, Unfortunately my car met with an accident on 15/03/2016 (Regn No. MHO5 AX 8075) on that night I call to toll free no 1800 2666. I was shocked to hear that there was no details of my policy in their system. I took my car to Regent Honda Service Center,Tejpal Motors Pvt. Ltd., Kongaon, Biwandi Kalyan road. The claim has been registered on 16/03/2016 around 12 Noon the (Claim No. MOT05401975) and survey by Mr. Karam Chowdhary (cell: 9920389703) on same day second half but till today my car is lying in the Regent Honda work shop due to their inefficiency & unavailability of parts (Job Card No 289), now the Manger of the Regent Honda Mr. Gurudev is telling that we’ll get parts on Friday or Saturday.
why the Customer should suffer for that, five years back Honda Brio was launched still they are giving silly reason that parts are not available & it is applicable to all other Honda service Centre.
My Self and my work is suffering because of that, I want quick action on this, In Future I won’t advice any one to do any kind of service or work at least at this centre who don’t value the time of their customer & commitments given by them to customer.
