I have done recharge on 9969715317 for special recharge of Rs.1496/- through Paytm site & amount paid through Kotak bank debit Card on 2-5-15. this is paid for the scheme which I was using since last 6 months & I have paid to renew that scheme.

But I have not been credited with scheme or main balance.

Upon inquiry on 198, first I have been told that U will neither get the refund, nor balance as u have not done proper recharge!!!!

Than I have mail to customer care, they have accepted my option of crediting to my main balance but inspite of lapse of 40 days, it is not yet done.
