Airtel number provided to our company along with other CUG numbers has not yet been activated. It’s been more than four months of time, all other CUG numbers have been activated.

Issue with the below number, for which status is unknown:
Airtel Number – 8790969999
SIM CARD allotted for the above number – 89914903040450790019
Allotted Month – February 2015

Contacted the below, wherein no proper response received:
Mr.Sneha, Executive, AR Tele Services, Hyderabad, TS – Status: No response
Mr.Shiva, Executive, AR Tele Services, Hyderabad, TS – Status: No response
Mr.Kiran, AR Tele Services, Hyderabad, TS – Status: I am not responsible, you can lodge a complaint.
Mr.Angad, Airtel, Hyderabad, TS – Status: The said number promised by the agency unknowingly, however we can arrange it on payment of Rs.7500/-.
Mr.Anand, Corporate Relationship Manager, Hyderabad, TS – Status: Presently your company is not in my list.

Just a small thoughts:
a) WHAT IS THE NEED FOR BHARTI AIRTEL TO MAKE SUCH UNFAIR PROMISES TO GET A LEAD?
b) WHY IS BHARTI AIRTEL SUCH A GIANT COMPANY ENCOURAGING SUCH PRACTICES?
c) WHY NOT BHARTI AIRTEL TRYING TO ESTABLISH A MARKET WITH QUALITY IN SERVICE WHERE CUSTOMER IS CARED NOT IGNORED!

Appreciate an immediate resolution in the matter by activating the above number without any further delay.
