Hi Team,

I have recharged on freecharge.com to my aircel # and after few days 100 rs got deducted so to take the details I called customer care and inform my problem and that lady dont have manners to talk and i ask for escalation and their also that supervisor is not ready to listen my words and he keeps telling so when i increase my vice he hangup..

I Am pissed with this aircel and their customer executive so please help me and get my refund
