I AM SANJAY VASHISTHA FROM AHMEDABAD MY UNINOR NUMBER IS 7383689767.

I WAS FACING PROBLEM TO RECHARGE FROM YOUR WEBSITE ON 17/06/2015 AT 2:30AM BUT THE RECHARGE WAS CONTINUOUSLY FAILED SO I TRIED TO GET THE SOLUTION FROM YOUR PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE OF UNINOR.

I DIALED 198 AND THE GUY PICKED UP THE CALL AND JUST DID NOT UTTERED A SINGLE WORD FOR SOMETIME THEN I REALIZED THAT THERE IS SOMEONE ON THE LINE I SAID HELLO THEN THIS GUY “PRANAV PARMAR” WHO WAS MORE THEN HALF ASLEEP AND VERY MUCH ANGRY ON CUSTOMERS SAID HELLO IN A VERY LOUD AND IN VERY IRESPECTIVE MANNER.

STILL I SAID OK LET IT GO LETS GET THE SOLUTION I ASKED HIM AND EVERY TIME HE JUST SAID “HAAN, HAAN ” HAAAAN SIR” i SAID PRANAV I AM FACING PROBLEM IN RECHARGING MY NUMBER FROM YOUR WEBSITE KINDLY HELP ME. PRANAV PARMAR “HAAAN SIR”. I SAID PRANAV YOU OKAY YOU ARE NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTION. AGAIN THAT PATHETIC REPLY” HAAN SIR”

THEN I REQUESTED THIS DEVIL MR. PRANAV TO TRANSFER MY CALL TO YOUR SUPERVISOR HE SAID ME HE SUPERVISOR HU HAAN BOL.

I SAID YOU ARE NOT BEHAVING IN A PROPER MANNER CAN I HAVE YOUR “EMPLOYEE ID” AGAIN HAAAN SIR. THEN AGAIN WENT SILENT FOR NEXT FEW MOMENTS.

I WANT TO KNOW IS THERE SOMETHING LIKE QUALITY PARAMETERS FOR UNINOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES OR NOT

IN THE NIGHT TIME NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALLS SERIOUSLY.

I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE VERY VERY STRICT ACTION AGAINT “MR. PRANAV PARMAR”

PLEASE TRY TO TEACH HIM SOME MANNERS.
