The complaint as captioned in Title line has been occurred many times but we as a lay men never think to complain about it. But today I really feel to approach you for the sake of justice!
Today (11 July,2015) morning I received an SMS from ‘Idea’ that my subscription to ‘Video Adda’ has been “renewed” and my balance worth Rs.21 got cut. Few days back (4th July) I also wondered as my balance was drastically got reduced but could not understand as never received any such SMS of ‘activation’ for my kind information. This both incidents I came to know today only as immediately I called p to ‘Idea customer care’ and got to know that on 4th July also they cut Rs.21 from my prepaid account for activating this service for which I have NO idea as there is no instruction or information from my side.
I may had ignore this issue but today I had been in big trouble and faced problems as I was travelling and was required to be connected with people but could not do so since I was carrying only Rs.4.5 in my prepaid Idea account. Sir, there may be many like me who are being victims of cellular companies who are unlawfully looting the customers by activating such meaning less applications and on askance they ask to ‘enjoy’ it which we do not know why and how to!!
Kindly look into this matter and pls take it at your consideration to deliver justice to many customers of cellular companies.
