in the month of may I have purchased Aircell prepaid. sim card, no 7040671681.. It was activated by the company on 22/5/2015, on 23/5/2015 at 12.48 pm, as per stater pack benefits I have done recharge of ₹ 65/-
as per the starter pack skim I have got ₹ 40 TT bal, 200mb free data/ month validity for 90 days,
whenever I have tried to use net service . every time it shows network not available or in timing mode, so I fed up with net service and stopped using it..
out of ₹ 40/- TT balance, till 12/6/2015 I have used ₹ ₹ 20.50
but today morning (14/6/2015) when I tried to contact my business partner . Aircel service provider showing acc. bal. 00, due to which I couldn’t contact and hence their was loss in my buseness..
imidiatly I tried to contact with customer service, but their is no support, only machine replay..
please do the need full action, so that other customers may not suffer ..
