UNRESPONSIVENESS TO CUSTOMER BY HONDA CONNECT***121 >> ID reference no. 4086986866
I have bought City Vx (O) MT Petrol from Abhikaran Honda, Bhopal 4 days back.
As advised I had downloaded Honda connect app on my mobile. However, while registering profile I typed wrong email ID which I noticed, after mobile was verified successfully, when it was not getting verified during verification process. I tried to edit mail ID which app does not permit though it was still not verified.
Than I uninstalled the app and tried to re-register and during mobile verification it says that mobile is already registered hence give alternative.
After this I approached Honda connect ***121 on 11.3.16 and after 22 minutes of wasteful of music with 4 times disconnect/ re-connect try, I could convey my message to the executive & request to delete earlier registration.I was told their helplessness & assured will be handled by another technical team and a call will be made to me. I was sent sms giving a ID reference no. as 4086986866.
Getting no call & no response I had again called to Honda 121 on 14.3.16 regarding my earlier ID & spoke to Mr Aashish, who again told me SORRY but he can’t help. He also told a call will come from technical team????
Today nearly 7 days 200 hours have gone by but without a call or solution?
Please tell me what is the meaning of 24×7 call center? only to say SORRY and Forget,
ID generated without any follow up or monitoring.
I appeal to please escalate my complaint and I be provided a contact number of a senior executive from customer care so that I can convey my grievance for relief.
Honda Connect does not have any help number where a harassed customer like me could approach.
