From last 1 week I lost my balance Rs. 15 in the name of VAS ShemarooVP. I didin’t requested to activate the VAS. I called 198 toll free no. to complain about it,but the service provider don’t have 5 minutes to attend the call and resolve the problem.Customer care don’t pick the call. every time i have to complain about it. It’s know there regular habit. i want my money back.there work is not satisfactory.
