i bought micromax smart phone on march 2014. within 4 months i had to submit it 2 times in service center.
but for a minor thing touch-pad service center took 17 days and after 17 days it was still not repaired. i went 3 times to the service center because they did not receive calls and dont inform status of the problem. finally i got irritated and took my handset back without repair.
micromax has no grievance cell and guidelines for the service centers.
in this process petrol cost was more than the repair cost if i would have tried to get it repair from outside, but warranty would be void for further cases so i could not make it.
