This is to inform you that i am a Vodafone user , and i am using a post paid connection , for the last couple of year , i shifted to Hyderabad and i started using a Vodafone post paid connection , and since then i am facing issue with my bill , every month i am getting two bills . When speaking to the supervisors in call center they are giving wrong promises , last month my bill date got changed without my information , only thing they say is “SORRY”
, then i paid my bill , and then after 5 days then sent a new bill and then they say that my bill is overdue , this is really inconvenience , please thake this matter very seriously ,and please try to fix my concern
