I am genuine customer for Vodafone from last 3-4 year, I was very much happy with the services which they provided till last month. I always paid my vodafone postpaid number :- 8373915858 bill on time and some time advance also, and from last 4 year my max bill amount which was generated till the time it was around b/w 11-1200 max, but this time bill amount which they were raised this was showing more then 5000. When I asked your customer desk and store manager for Vodafone then they told without generated actual invoice from the system we will not able to raise any complaint regarding your usage but when bill was generated then they are not ready to listen any thing even they are taking the complaints also. I am not able to understand if customer desk and stores are not able to take the customer complaints then what’s the use for them.
On 26th July I received call from your customer care who informed me about the usage of my internet at that time only I told him this was wrong because my handset always switched off b/w 11:30pm to 7:00am morning and the usage which he was explained he told me that it was used at morning around 6: – 6:30am which was not possible at any cost, I challanged them also how is it possible if I am using 300mb plan for internet then with in 10 to 15mint how its get consume 700-800mb data within few mints, if you have faith on your valuable customer then I hope you will believe me and understand my problem also, this is first time when I am complaining against your billing system.
I also told them to cross check the history of my number regarding the usage, they told that might be due to server issue it was wrongly updated but when bill was generate for this month as per there record it was showing 700-800 mb usage with in 10- 15 mint at b/w 6-6:15 am which is not possible at any case I am using the Samsung Duos old model which don’t have facility to use any apps except whatsapp. if you want you can send your technician who can verify my handset and cross check.
I always suggested people to port there number with vodafone they never charged wrong bill and there services are also very good but this month what ever happened with me that make me to thing for port from Vodafone to other network, and due to that I am seriously looking into this. same issue happened few days back with one of my colleague also.
Kindly raise my complaint or voice against Vodafone services and wrong billing. I visited so many time to your store before bill generation and called so many time to your customer desk before and after bill generation but no one helped me on the same.
