VODAFONE // SCAM // NOT FIT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE

I am a loyal customer for Vodafone since from many years. (9986131666)

I had was using 499 corporate plan earlier, were in u requested to change the plan last month and got changed to 299 plan. Hence few days ago I spoke to Mr. Tabrez and CONFIRMED TWICE whether my 2G data which I am using is LIMITED or UNLIMITED. I got the Clear Information saying that it is a UNLIMITED 2G PLAN.

When I got my bill I am seeing that my the charges for data usage is 3894/- which is a complete SCAM.

I was confirmed by Mr. Tabrez that its a Unlimited plan and now when I got the bill its somewhere in the sky!!!!!

Point -1 WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE OFFICER.

I spoke to Ms Farhana from customer support where in she was unable to solve the issue and was requested to transfer to one of the Supervisor. Later i spoke to Mr. Suman who prompted himself as Floor Supervisor and took a request and promised me that he is going to send a complaint number and concern Email Id to which i can write an Email regarding the issue and also told that the issue will be resolved by 16/02/2016. Hence i waited for for more than 2 days i dint get ANY call nor any SMS from them.

Later i myself called Helpline number and spoke to Vinutha that great lady also prompted herself as Floor Supervisor and I requested her to put me across Mr. Suman because he was the one who was handeling my case, but i was SHOCKED when i listened that there is NO GUY BY NAME SUMAN AT OFFICE, was told by Vinutha and even she promised the same thing that i will get a call by tghe end of the day. Hence I DINT GET ANY CALL OR SMS. FARE PROMISES TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

Past evening again I called 198 and was on hold for a long time and got connected to Mr. Shivakumar and explained the entire scenario again and he took a call back request before 2100 HOURS the same day. But! I never got a call from any people.

Again the next day i called to 198 and spoke to Mr. Sidhu he also prompted herself as Floor Supervisor and he told he needs 24 hours to get this solved and he told he will call me on update on this but even he was not on his words as I dint get any notification from him as well. Hence i myself called him again and waited for 50mins all over the call and noted that he still requires 48 hours of time!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

Mr. Naveen Chopra the CEO, I want to ask you if you were in my shoes, will you just keep quite??? If we are not clearing the bill you people will give a call thrice in a day and ask for payment and now my bills come out in very huge and NO ONE IS BOTHERED to check??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I NEED AN IMMIDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY THE SUPERIORS AS THE TEAM LEADS ARE NOT FIT TO THEIR DUTY.
