I have APPLIED FOR airtel broadband cum voice facility via cefno. HYD87308 ON 16TH JULY 2015 AND PAID 6 MONTHS ADVANCE RS.4426.00 VIDE RECIEPT NO.4101038. AND THE EXECUTIVE ASSURED CONNECTION WILL BE AVAILABLE 18/07/2015 ALONG WITH VOICE INSTRUMENT. ON 17th JULY 07.58 AM I RECIEVED A MESSAGE “DOCUMENTS RECIEVED AGAINST YOUR FIXED LINE ACCOUNTO 7021442213 INSTALLATION ORDER NO. 38040298. IT WILL BE PROCESSED IN THREE WORKING DAYS . NO EXTRA AMOUNT TO BE PAID TO INSTALLATION ENGINEER. AGAIN I GOT MESSAGE STATING WITH NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER AND I ENQUIRED ABOUT 38 TIMES IN THEIR 1800103121 NUMBER AND CHENNAI OFFICE . FINALLY 24TH JULY 2015 THEY CAME FOR INSTALLATION DONE WITHOUT VOICE INSTRUMENT. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT IT THE GAVE ANOTHER COMPLANT NUMBER ON 57922334 STATING RESOLVE IN 4 DAYS . FIFTTH DAY I MADE A CALL THEY INFORMED ME THE COMPLAINT IS CLOSED BECAUSE OF SHORTAGE OF HANDSET. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW CAN THEY CLOSE THE COMPLIANT WITH OUT ISSUING HANDSET TO ME
