I purchased one mobile Micromax A 350 Canvas Knight on 13.10.2014 on line from Amazon India. (Invoice No.4366). Initially it was working fine. After nearly six months,one fine morning I found that its WiFi is not working. On 12.05.2015, I went to Micromax service centre, M/s the Mobile Care, B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, Opp. V3S Mall Near Maharaja Bequett, Hall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi=110092, contact No.07460466692. Job sheet No. was N 030666-0515-16576254. Initially, they said that the mobile set will be sent to the workshop. But after one day, , they return the mobile set saying the the problem of WiFi has been rectified. It worked for one day. But again, the same problem with WiFi recurred again. It was not connecting to WiFi. I again went to the service centre with the problem on 15.5.2015. Again after keeping the mobile for a day, they returned the mobile saying that problem has been rectified. However, to my surprise, this time the speaker of the mobile was not working as a result I was not able to respond to incoming calls. The mobile was again returned to the service centre and the prolem was rectified by them. But again, its WiFi was not working and so I again went to Service centre on 2.6.2015. After keeping for 2-3 days, they return the mobile set saying that the problem will not recur. But contrary to their claim, WiFi worked only for a night and since then WiFi is not working. I have not gone again to the service centre as I felt that no fruitful purpose will be served as there seems to be some serious defect with the handset supplied by the Amazon India. I want now replacement of the mobile set.
