Sir,
I deposited our vehicle Nissan Terrano XLD HR 31J-3370 Chassis number MDHHSNA36d8002032 Engine number D036046 with Sidheswar Nissan Hissar (Haryana) on 29 Feb 2016 with a complaint that while driving a cautionary warning indication is being shown after running few kilometers. We requested your above service centre to check the reasons/fault of the vehicle why the warning is displayed on the digital meter board. The vehicle was deposited in the workshop on 29 Feb 2016 and on every alternative days we contacted the workshop persons to find out the progress on rectification of defects. Every time we were told different problems and informed us that the spare parts have been demanded and the vehicle will be delivered to you on receipt of spare parts. We were not aware what type of spare parts have been demanded and what is the actual problem in the vehicle. It is interesting to inform you that the vehicle continuously stranded at its original place in the workshop and was not touched in the beginning 10 days. When we stressed on it the vehicle was checked and we were told that the defects of the vehicle have been rectified and will be delivered to you after its trial. So far no action seems to have been taken by them. The working staff in your service centre Sideshwar Nissar Hisar is neither technically efficient nor customer friendly behaviour. The services at your this workshop are very poor and nobody is listening the customers. On the contrary they used to give wrong information on the defects of the vehicles and make the customers fool by misgiving information. Our case is not seldom one this is with the maximum customers dependent on this workshop. We are totally frustrated with their services. Kindly look into the matter and arrange expert mechanism at this workshop so that we users of Nissan are not affected. Please also find out from them for what my above vehicle was being kept with them for last twenty days and what work they have done on this. Please also let us know why the misinformation was being given to us. We are totally unsatisfactory on your workshop/service center and are going to withdraw our vehicle from them just now for our further checking at any other workshop. But it should be accepted by you that it is a prime responsibility of your company to provide service after sale at this center and not providing this satisfactorily causes inconvenience to customers and invite litigation. Hoping early response on the above.
