We were using MTS Data Card (8647902684) for two years (around). Never there was any issue regarding payment. Bur for last six months or so huge connectivity problems were there. Several time the same was informed to the local cost care over phone. But it was never resolved.

For the last two months of our services ,we have shifted to out of Kolkata and most of the time could not avail the services. But overall connectivity condition was very very poor. But never we have received any support from MTS.

But at the time of payment automatically representative was deputed in the billing address for these two months. But they had also communicated their inability to provide any sort of help regarding the connectivity issue.

Then suddenly one legal notice was sent for clearing two month’s payment..

During these time we have not received any kind of support from MTS regarding resolving the connectivity issue.

In the legal notice two contact person name were given. I have told them to collect the amount without going into further controversy with no claim letter . But nobody has turned up. Then we have received one call from the assistant of the advocate (9136466333) to clear the dues which I have cleared on date ( Transaction ID – P28461219915).

I am working in Bajaj Electricals Limited and planning to covert our entire Data Card
in MTS. But after this kind of approach towards the customer we have changed the entire plan to Vodafone.
