worst service experience ever

I bought Moto G 3 around 3 months ago, from starting it was hanging, but i don’t gave ant attention, on 29th nov, it suddeny dead, so i gave it in nearby customer care, they told me that if there is some minor problem then u can take it back within 3 days and if they found any major issue, it will take around 15 days, so i called to given no from cm care executive on 16th dec to know my mobile status, but she don’t know where is my phone and when it will repair, she took my mobile no and told that she will inform me after 2 days about my mobile status, but no one called me, again i called to customer care on 18th dec, again she asked me my mobile detail, work order no etc…., after holding me upto 5 mins on call, she told that she can’t give exact time to repair my mobile, so it is very worst experience about electronics item repair that i ever face, Motorola service is very worst. If there is some one who can give me my mobile back???
If company can’t repair my mobile then why they are not giving me new one???

Pls answer me.
