I bought Samsung split Ac in 2013…since 3 months cooling power of the Ac didn’t work properly..Der might b some problem in compressor.. I had registered my complaint on customer care on 6 Feb 2016….we got visit engineer from service center on 13 Feb 2016 he said need to be replaced compressor…but till date 28 march 2016..didn’t get any response from service center or customer care…in every 2 or 3 days I usually call to customer care but dey are not taking the action even service center persons didn’t take the call…harassment of customers in between customer care and service center…please take the action on them… My Ac compressor is in warranty….
