Worst Service from Customer Care & Rediff Shopping

Dear Sir/Madam,
Our Order no: 11781851 has been placed on 25.06.2015 and till date it has not been delivered to us. When ever we talk to rediff shopping customer care executive, they just tell that, they will update the status with in 24-48 hrs. but none of them have updated the information. In this regard, we have give 7-8 mails. even these are not answered.

On 02.07.2015, we have received a information from rediff, stating that item has been dispatched through velocity courier vide AWB No: 90001039393

As on date shipment has been not delivered & no response from your customer care. So we have contacted the courier service and they intimated us that consignment is lost in network and they have intimated this to Rediff team.

Today after receipt of above information, we have approached Rediff Shopping customer care & the same worst answer is that on the same AWB shipment will be delivered on 19.07.2015 & same answer that they need 2 more days for updating the information.

Now we want to cancel the order, Rediff shopping irresponsible executive is saying that we cant cancel the order.

Please help us and teach a good lesson to rediff shopping for cheating customers.
