I am writing this mail with lot of anguish been faced by me all the way through my perceptive with IDEA ,bearing in mind the Aditya Birla group who is represented by Star Mr Abhishek Bachchan as Brand Ambassador.

I recieved the call from the Idea Person for Porting the Number in IDEA and I was using Airtel as my service provider a Platinum Customer of Airtel ,Even although I was not having any difficulty from the last 10 years for using the Number and the services from my service contributor but taking into consideration the payback the Idea person was offering I reflect why not to look for the alteration
I asked the DSA person of Idea to give me in writing the Tariffs plans before delivering the SIM at my residence the essential papers for the verification was given to them at my residence where I received the New SIM of IDEA and the Tariff plan I opted for the 499{NO BILL SECURE }
After few days I established a call from the Idea customer care DSA stating that your Number is activated you now have to call 59059 and your phone will get activated-, I did the same as advised but the customer care person said you are not given as 1GB 3G DATA FREE as mentioned in the plan as a substitute of long discussion with the customer care person they said it will be on charge basis but educated me to get clear from the person whom I had the conversation at first
I spoke to two person 9210844553 SIDDARTH and 9210406248 PRASHANT they said to me don’t be concerned you call again 59059 get your phone activated call us flipside we will make certain your call rates and the Data is as per the PLAN given to you I told them see if You are powerless to provide me the same let me bond to my old service provider but both guaranteed the same will be done after you activate the number
I activated the number and called them but every time the above numbers were coming busy and now they were not coming on the line some other person was approaching and saying that they have rectified the same you have to call the customer care number
I again followed their directions and did the same as educated from the above DSA IDEA office the customer care team SHIEK SIDDIQUE said no your activation can’t be as per the plan you are saying this is provided to cooperate and we don’t have such plan for the new customers I said where is my mistake he said I can’t help but will lodge your complaint provided me the complaint number 31-47897866779 and said your grievance will be set on within 6 days?
I also requested him to extent my conference facility on my number for which he said you are fresh customer to us and it will be charged 99/- per month and the charge will be there till 3 months after that you need to deactivate the service the same will be free , I tried to give explanation my position to him it was IDEA who approached me for the services and porting the number and being the Platinum customer for AIRTEL with a credit limit of 16K why you are charging these services where there is no slip of mine if it was the case you shall have not added me in your circle and you can check my back ground from the previous service provider .
I am really troubled by the way I was been handled in IDEA in the booklet I checked the Consumer Grievance Redressal Number 9891905889 and there was a gentle Man Dinesh Sharma I told him I want to talk to Mr Amit Dimri who is your senior because I have actually lost trust but he told me you please let me know your protest I promise you not only it will be attend on ASAP basis but you will be provided to you as committed I narrated the whole story to him and within 5 minutes he did the U-turn of 99/- which was charged for conference charge and I received a call from him to articulate your complaint in writing we will assure you that you get the FREE data and call rates mentioned in the MNP PLANS given by the DSA of IDEA and we will unquestionably take action against the name mention by you the phone numbers were given to him
I am grateful for the agony I went with the Service provider in just 7 days where my life was contented but at the same time I was positive that with such big organization there must be a system of Redressal of complaint and they will pay attention my problem and will give me appropriate honesty with solution and what I have faced let it does not take place with others in particular who trust the Brand IDEA
I am quite optimistic you will do the right check up with the DSA and do the needful mentioned above and will ensure the benefits are passed as per the plan which I am attaching with this mail
