Xolo service – worst & fraud Dont buy Xolo

I have been facing Network issue with my XOLO 3000 handset on regular monitoring & changing my sim to other phone. I finally concluded that my handset has problem only after 2 month of research on my problem.

On 4th May2015, I send my hand set .They connected to some PC & updated software & gave back the same day. But network issue was as it is.

On 5th May 2015, I have resend it to them only to receive it on 2nd June 2015 with same problem both sim network leaves and cannot talk.

Height was they told somebody from the XOLO Care called me & confirmed with me for chargeable repair which I denied so, they have send back.
1. I actually have not received any such call.
2. When handset is in warranty why charges
3. Now they said on 2nd Mr.Rahul from the service station that my handset has USB connector problem battery won’t charge and USB connector is faulty which will be charged repair.(My charger was working earlier also & now also is working) It is fraud .[on 4th may they connected same usb connection & updated my mobile software .
4. On connecting XOLO charger my XOLO charged fully 100% without USB issue.
5. My issue of network never got solved (now also after few hrs I am not able to have 100% network signal on Xolo but same sim in HTC / Karbon etc are showing signal ) Its purely habdset issue & they are doing time pass to avoid warrenty & also delaying so handset comes out of warrenty in few months.

It looks XOLO is purposely harassing to avoid repair or replacement of faulty parts. Please help am stuck up & facing problem with XOLO service station.
What can be done this service centre & XOLO is cheating us all.

Am attaching scan copy for your references.

Also would like to have recorded conversation when I got call from Xolo care & they spoke to me (If ever as they say they did)

Pl help me either get my Xolo solve or get proper network working one handset replaced.

I would like to put it on records that today I got call from you at 1.09 pm on my mobile no-9869039174 for the first time from any XOLO person (Shikha from No-8800592924)

Point
1) As discussed you have agreed that the cost of repair was not given to me before today either called to me.
2) You have agreed that only after opening at your service station at noida it was found to be faulty.
3) Physical damaged not reported on any paper during 4 th May & 5th May of my claim is true.
4) Today you have given me oral quote of Rs-8,000/- and as told you to give all details in writing with parts details etc am waiting for the same EMAIL
5) Your say that agin visit to Rahul at same service station . I already informed you I would first like the verification of my handset by any third party / consumer forum person before letting it back to the company is essencial as I strongly disagree of physical damage of USB (since as told by rahul battery will not charge on 2nd june 2015 at the time of delivery – is wrong it is charging properly as I never had any issues with it.)

Pl send me written quote and also mention me in writing that the USB connector is damaged. (Request your technical report – If USB is damaged will my battery charge or NO ? as Rahul from your service station told no & it is charging .

    After writing to all xolo company person & directors . Only because of my high networking they sorted it out . I was lucky as i had good networking and people referred me to many seniors . Only hurting thing was that it was not immediately , Only after a regular email writing and also with help of few friends but it on internet . Then they all came in action and solved my issue.
