We had taken a email and hosting plan with Yahoo Small Business.
They have sold their Business to Aabaco which now accepts no new registration.
For existing Indian customers like us ( www.eternum.in), they have stopped all supports in the pretext of not payment. All credit card information was registered in the account details. They did not debit any money for renewal and now deactivated our account.
Imagine, we are running Business and Yahoo ( or AABACO ) now suddenly stops the Web Hosting and email support. For they discriminate against Indian customers by not providing any contact no. Only email channel is open and that is also not working for past 7 days or so….I had to make a call to USA support no. only to hear back that that communication channel is not open for Indian customers..? Wow!!
YOu may check out that they have now put that communication Channel is not working.
But main complaint is we are their EXISTING customer and we can not be just expelled like this under the pretext that no amount is paid…In fact its not deducted by them..We can prove that!1
What should we do as a customer??
Please help….Yahoo must be taught a lesson for such irresponsible and insensitive behavior.
