As a regular customer to AMAZON, I purchased Yu Yuphoria phone thru the invoice HR-DEL2-144105041-2385467 dated 06.06.2015 and received the phone on 14.06.2015.
Now from last 10 days the speaker is not working. I contacted YU customer care and they are playing games rather than solve the problem. So i need a new phone, do the replacement.
In the review their commitment is service to doorstep, but from last 10 days i am trying no body put a step ahead.
even though it is a hardware issue they are telling reset the phone. How gentle those persons, they are thinking customer is a fool since he purchased YU phone.
My suggestion is don’t sell YU phones because they will spoil your reputation.
