Zoomcar- no refund given

I had used zoom car service to travel from Bangalore to coorg for 3 days i.e from 10th july to 12th july and as per their rules I had paid my entire trip charges and security deposit in advance. After my trip I had produced fuel bills worth Rs2000 to claim refund for the same. Till date I havent received any refund and I have been told that I will get only 1000 Rs refund even though I have submitted 2000 RS bill.

    Worst service of OYO rooms.
    First of all OYO rooms do not have any sign boards by which anybody can find out their resorts. Secondly they are so pathetic that they do not understand anything. Evrytime some or the other person picks up the calls and says to explain but never gives solution. Unfortunately due to sign board problem we checked in other OYO room resort where we confirmed too but the reception person calls after one hour n says we have checked in in other resort. The kind of service given by OYO resorts are the worst .
