Dear Sir,

I have ordered fogg Scent in www.Zotezo.com website on 29/11/2015 vide order No 100002170. And i have paid Rs.399.00 for this product on this day. But
Still I have not received the product. I have contacted them through email (copy of the emails attached with this mail). But I have not received the product till today.

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

Still I have not received the product.
If you are not capable to deliver the product within stipulated time why you are taking orders. If the product is not delivered within 2-3 days return back the amount. As you know I have booked the product on 29/11/2015. Today is 15/12/2015. More than 15 days over. Still I have not received the product. First learn from your competitors how they are doing the business. You are still 1947 stage. All E commerce competitors are delivering very next day of booking. But compared to them you are no where.

I am feeling very sad to write this mail.
If you are not capable to fulfill the orders why you are taking orders by giving ads in newspapers. First you fulfill the committed orders and afterwards you give ads in paper. Are you not feeling shame by giving this type of service.

I have unnecessary wasted my valuable time.
